Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy covers the BriutMind website (briutmind.com) and its waitlist. It does not cover the BriutMind app, which will have its own, more detailed privacy policy given the health data it collects.
Who we are
BriutMind is a personal project of Moshe, who runs this site. For any privacy question or request: hello@briutmind.com.
What we collect
On the waitlist form: your email address, who you are (a person, a coach, a gym or clinic, or curious), which topics interest you, a free-text message if you wrote one, the form's language, and the time and wording version of your consent. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as a request address) for security and operational purposes; we ourselves store only a one-way, hashed version of your IP address, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, never the address itself.
Why we use it
Only to email you about the topics you ticked (the app, the book, personal coaching), to prevent abuse of the form, and to understand how much interest each topic has. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Joining the waitlist is based on explicit consent: the form requires a separate checkbox, and nobody is actually registered until they tap the button in the confirmation email that is sent.
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare hosts the site, runs its code, and stores the waitlist. Resend sends the emails on our behalf. Both providers may process data outside Israel as part of their own infrastructure. We do not share the data with advertisers and do not sell it to any third party.
How long we keep it
Nobody is registered until they confirm by email. Addresses that are never confirmed are deleted after one day. Someone who unsubscribes stays on a block list with the address only, so we do not write to them again, unless they ask us to delete that too.
Your rights
You can at any time ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, remove yourself from the list (a link in every email), or ask for full deletion of your address from our systems. Write to hello@briutmind.com and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.
Cookies and tracking
This site has no cookies, analytics tools, or third-party scripts. There is no tracking of visitors.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has joined the list, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. A material change in how data is used will come with a fresh consent request, where relevant.
